The name of the conference and of each participant must be indicated on the bank transfer and fully completed registration forms should be submitted together with a copy of the bank transfer.
All cancellations must be received in writing, via email or fax.
Registration cancellations received before May 15, 2018 are subject to a service charge and bank fee of $60.
No refunds will be made on cancellations received after May 15, 2018.

– after June 1 – no refund
Tours may not be canceled after June 1.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
